This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website, why, how long it’s kept and what your rights are.
Who I am
Scaled-IT is the trading name of IT Admin, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. I am the controller of the personal data described here.

What I collect and why

If you become a client, the information needed to deliver the work and meet tax and accounting obligations is kept for as long as the law requires.
I don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who your data is shared with
Only with service providers who help run this website and handle email, acting on my instructions:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database storage, email routing, spam protection and analytics.
- Google: the email account where enquiries and notifications are received and answered.
- Brevo: sending waitlist confirmation emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or by approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data held about you
- ask for it to be corrected or deleted
- object to, or ask me to restrict, how it’s used
- withdraw consent at any time, for example by leaving the waitlist using the link in any waitlist email
- ask for your data in a portable format

If you’re unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. I’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
